The Lodge

Our classic A-frame lodge here at Beaver Mountain is the perfect mountain venue for your event or group retreat. Large enough to handle bigger groups than most venues, we host many youth and church groups for multi day events as well as family reunions. If you’re looking for a unique wedding venue with both indoor and outdoor options this is the place. We have a beautiful lawn outside of the lodge that is the perfect spot for weddings with the ski mountain as your back drop. On the off chance that the weather outside is not cooperating we have the space inside to switch gears quickly.
There is a large commercial kitchen in the lodge to cook for your own groups or for your caterer to set up shop. It includes a large refrigerator, freezer space, oven, flat top grill, warm service area and refrigerated service top. We also have commercial sinks for all the dish chores. We do not provide any utensils, cooking accessories, or cleaning supplies. We do have a commercial ice maker available for your use.

We have tables to seat approximately 260 guests. They are cafeteria style tables with attached benches. The tables are very easy to stand up and roll out of the way depending on your needs.

Our lodge does not have beds or sleeping quarters. Our guests that stay overnight bring their own cots and sleeping pads and have a slumber party in the lodge. Restrooms are in the basement.

Our lodge and the adjacent area outside has great Wi-Fi coverage with good speeds. There is no cell service at the base of the mountain.

A large lawn provides a great place for games and activities. Tent sites and RV hook-ups are available to reserve for over-night reunions, wedding parties, etc.

Rental of the lodge also includes a large grass area for outdoor events!

A mountain bike trail and frisbee golf course are available for use by all Beaver Mountain guests.

Lodge pricing is based on a daily rental from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Daily $2200 – a $500 discount will be applied to each additional day reserved. For overnight reservations, you must reserve 2 days.

Early check-in or late check-out will be charged as an additional day.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Absolutely NO animals are allowed in the lodge.

DEPOSIT:
A security deposit of $500 will be required to confirm your reservation. This deposit will be refunded after checkout once event staff has inspected the property. Fifty percent (50%) of the balance is due 60 days before your arrival, and the final balance is due 30 days before your arrival. The deposit refund can take up to 14 business days after inspection is complete.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations with at least 60 days notice will receive a full refund of the monies paid, including the deposit.
Cancellations between 30-59 days’ notice will receive a full refund of the monies paid, with the deposit being non-refundable.
Cancellations between 29-15 days’ notice receive a 50% refund of monies paid excluding deposit;
Under 14 days notice receives no refund.
